Made-to-order apparel
Our Guapo T-shirts and sweatshirts are printed for each order. Please review the size guide before purchasing. Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or an incorrectly selected color.
Other made-to-order items
Our faith shirts, stickers, kids' hoodies and water bottles are also printed for each order. The same terms apply: except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or an incorrectly selected color.
Problems with your order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email ynotmolina@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem, at no additional cost to you. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Missing orders
For a package that has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.
Faith gifts and accessories
Our jewelry, mugs, journals, card games, verse jars and kitchen items are shipped by a fulfillment partner. Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If one of these items arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, the "Problems with your order" section above applies.
Digital downloads
PDF products (including Bible studies, journals, devotions, printable cards and activity packs) are delivered by email right after purchase. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, digital purchases are final once delivered, except where required by applicable law. If your file will not open, is damaged, or is not the product you ordered, email ynotmolina@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and we will send a working copy or refund your purchase.
Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.
